Large Car Takeover on the Tarmac is a beloved annual working-class truck show, returning July 23–26, 2026. This event celebrates the hardworking men and women who keep America moving — where the power meets the pavement.
Large Car Takeover Company is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and we rely on the generous support of sponsors like you to keep this event thriving year after year while also supporting important local charitable causes. Your sponsorship directly fuels the passion, pride, and community spirit that make this show so special.
We offer flexible sponsorship levels designed to fit a variety of budgets and goals, ensuring that every contribution creates a meaningful impact. Together, we’re building a stronger trucking community and giving back where it counts.

Level 1 – $100
Name listed on website -
Level 2 – $250
Level 1 benefits plus social media recognition and DJ mentions throughout the event -
Level 3 – $500
Level 2 benefits plus name on the back of event T-shirt and two complimentary T-shirts -
Level 4 – $1,000
Level 3 benefits plus name displayed on on-site banner -
Level 5 – $1,500
Level 4 benefits plus free registration for one truck -
Level 6 – $2,000
Level 5 benefits plus name on one trophy class (Up to capacity) -
Level 7 – $2,500+
Level 6 benefits plus asphalt parking for one truck (Up to capacity)
Please Note: Only two (2) complimentary T-shirts are provided for Level 3 sponsors and above.
🎁 Swag Bag Opportunities
Sponsors also have the opportunity to include promotional items in the event swag bags, which are distributed with registration packets.
Suggested items that fit well in the bags could include paper coupons/flyers, pens, magnets, koozies, key chains, pop sockets, hats, note pads, playing cards, gloves, stress balls, vinyl stickers candy, etc.
Each swag bag will also include an event dash plaque and official event T-shirt.

⏰ Important Deadlines

All forms and sponsorship funds must be received by May 29, 2026 to qualify for full sponsorship benefits.

Forms and funds received after May 29, 2026, but before July 10, 2026 will be accepted but will not be eligible for promotional benefits (such as T-shirt placement, signage, or trophy naming).
- Promotional items must be received before July 6, 2026.

Sponsorships received after July 10, 2026 will be applied as Level 1 sponsorships, regardless of contribution amount.
