Large Car Takeover on the Tarmac

We are currently seeking vendors to sell their wares at Large Car Takeover on the Tarmac.

This event is an annual show, held the third full weekend of July each year, and is built around celebrating the working-class truck and the hardworking men and women who keep America moving.

Large Car Takeover on the Tarmac is a family-friendly event, welcoming all family members of our working-class truck drivers. We are incredibly grateful for the owners, drivers, sponsors, and vendors who support this industry and help make this event possible.

Past shows have welcomed 200+ semi-trucks onsite, with thousands of attendees throughout the weekend. We’d love for you to be part of our continued success.

Location: Rantoul National Aviation Center
Rantoul, Illinois
Expected Attendance: 1,000–2,000 attendees

Food Vendors: $300
Merchandise Vendors: $250
Electricity: $50

(Please note: T-shirt sales are currently closed; we are not accepting additional T-shirt vendors at this time.)

- Industry-related goods and services

All electronic and mailed registrations must be received by July 10, 2026 to be accepted.

Once a vendor is accepted, Large Car Takeover will generate a Vendor Agreement which both parties will sign. Please note there shall be no subletting of spaces by any vendor.
