Large Car Takeover will be offering golf cart rentals at the Large Car Takeover on the Tarmac Truck Show, July 24-26, 2026. The Carts will be delivered to the Rantoul National Aviation Center by Battery Specialist + Golf Cars, Taylorville, IL.

Pricing Information is as follows:
$125 per 2-Passenger – Gas
$150 per 4-Passenger – Gas
$175 per 6-Passenger – Gas

The following rules will apply to everyone:

1. All requests to lease car(s) must be received and paid for in advance on-line. There will be no extra available car(s) to rent on-site.
2. Once a request is made and payment received, Large Car Takeover will generate a Lease
   Agreement for each Lessee to sign and initial when the car(s) requested are delivered to the Lessee. (A sample is provided)
3. The Lessee will complete the Lease Agreement which includes the Lessee’s driver’s license number.
4. The car(s) are NOT for use on public roadways. They are NOT street legal or street ready. All car(s) can only be used on the show grounds. Any lessee caught violating the above will relinquish possession of the car(s) and will forfeit any rental fees. Lessee is responsible for all fines, impoundment charges, and subsequent fees caused from operating car(s) in unauthorized areas.
5. Lessee will defend all claims arising out of or relating to leased golf car(s) while on property, from delivery to pick up inclusive, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Lessor and its agents, representatives against any and all claims, liabilities, losses or other causes of action.
6. Lessee will return said golf cars in as good condition as received and agrees to pay for any damages sustained, normal wear expected.
7. Render Lessor harmless if mechanical failure to the equipment prevents delivery or pickup.
8. Large Car Takeover Co. assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to any person or persons and/or property. Renter of the cart assumes liability of damage to said cart except normal wear and tear.
9. Lessee is responsible for all flat tires. 
10. Each cart will have a designated number assigned that matches this Lease Agreement number.
11. Large Car Takeover Crew will be taking a picture/video of each cart when it is delivered to the Lessee and when it is returned by the Lessee. This is required to document the condition of each cart when it is delivered and returned.
12. Large Car Takeover Co will be placing two (2) armbands on the steer wheel of each cart. If a person from the Large Car Takeover Crew, including security sees that a cart is being driven recklessly on the show grounds they will remove one of the armbands. This is the Lessee’s first warning. If the Large Car Takeover Crew or security sees that the cart is again begin driven recklessly the lessee will relinquish possession of the cart and will forfeit any rental fees.
13. If the car(s) are not returned to the designated area after the Lessee is finished using the car(s) after or during the show and the Large Car Takeover Crew has to go find the car(s) the Lessee agrees to pay $50 for each cart that has to be found and/or returned to the designated area.
