Volunteer Registration – Large Car Takeover on the Tarmac

We are seeking volunteers to help support Large Car Takeover on the Tarmac, taking place July 24–26, 2026.

Large Car Takeover is an annual working-class truck show dedicated to celebrating the trucking community while raising funds to host the event year after year and give back to local charities. This event would not be possible without the generous support of volunteers, and we truly appreciate your willingness to help.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

• Parking trucks for the show

• Trash pickup during and after the event

• Vendor Point of Contact (POC) / Chairman

• Vendor setup and vendor cleanup

• On-site event T-shirt sales

• On-site show registrations

• POC / Chairman for Light Competition

• POC / Chairman for Sound Competition

• Judges for:

  • Truck Show

  • Light Competition

  • Sound Competition

How to Volunteer

If you are interested in helping in any of the areas listed above, please complete the registration form below.

Please Note:

• POC / Chairman positions must be 18 years of age or older.

Judging

Judges will assist the chairman in judging the respective area. A judge must be
competent in their area of judging. A judge must be sober and not drinking alcohol
during the judging. The chairman will make the final ruling if someone is able to judge
or not.
