Large Car Takeover Company is a not-for-profit organization, Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501( c) (3), TIN #41-3787459. Large Car Takeover needs your support. The purpose of our organization is to host an Annual Working Class Truck Show.
 
Our goal is to raise funds to put the show on year after year and donate to various local charities. We couldn't do the work that we do without the generous support of donors like you.

SWAG BAG/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

You also have the opportunity to provide promotional materials for the “Swag Bag” for the shows registration packet. Suggested items that fit well in the bags could include paper coupons/flyers, pens, magnets, koozies, key chains, pop sockets, hats, note pads, playing cards, gloves, stress balls, vinyl stickers candy, etc.

Each “Swag Bag” will also include a dash plaque and event T-shirt.

All promotional items must be delivered by July 6, 2026 to Large Car Takeover, 13132 N Dearborn Rd., Sunman, IN 47041.

Please complete the form and submit/send the monies as soon as possible. All forms and monies must be received by May 29, 2026. Forms and monies received after May 29, 2026 will be accepted, but will not be eligible for sponsorship promotion (i.e., company name on the back of the t-shirt, signage, and name on class trophy etc.)

Sponsorship monies received after May 29, 2026 and until
July 10, 2026 will be applied to the appropriate sponsorship level minus the sponsorship promotional items listed above. All sponsorship monies received after July 10, 2026 will be considered a Level 1 Sponsor no matter the amount.
